3 day Refresh! Support group starting Sept. 2

The Central Florida Zoo ..things are about to get CRAZY!
I had no idea the Central Florida Zoo was so cool! One of my Best Friends is getting married and our last hooray..The ZOO! :)
Now, I know what you might be thinking...the ZOO??? Yes, really the zoo. Now if that's not wild, crazy, and scary don't know what is!
We discovered there were actually some other pretty cool things there to do too. I think if the zoo stepped up its advertising they could really be banking! Rhino Petting $5, Giraffe Feeding $5, Camel rides...zip lines...what else could a Bachelorette want?? Strip clubs got nothing on this!

It was pretty interesting reading some of the facts posted throughout the park, and pretty darn shocking to see the size of some of these animals as well!! Can you imagine seeing a Beaver that is 6 feet long and 3 feet tall?? What were these things eating?
We were obviously very humored by the Dinosaur exhibit too!
Rhino petting was $5, just $5 and we pretty much had then Rhino's all to ourselves. There skin is very very hard to the touch, but they do have folds in their skin which are actually really soft and they didn't seem to mind us all up in their folds. :) We were told these areas are soft because they are not exposed to the elements. We were also told they don't over eat. They eat until they are full and stop, and have 3 meals a day. I was surprised more people weren't taking advantage of the petting, it was fun seeing the animals up close and getting to talk to the caregivers.
Next Giraffe feeding, you guessed it...$5! You get 3 leaves of lettuce and can hang out in the feeding area as long as you want. This felt a little more interactive, since you are actually feeding the giraffe. Did you know a Giraffes tongue is 18 inches long??
Before letting on lick me I asked if it was like a cats tongue..Melissa's response "No"...well, she lied!
And you're never to old for the play ground...I don't care who ya are! I did have a kid tell me I couldn't help him across the monkey bars because girls are not strong...excuse me kiddo..HAVE YOU SEEN THESE PIPES??
Last on our list was Zip Lining. I had zip lined before but it was a first for Melissa and the real reason we ended up at the zoo in the first place. We got a brief training on how to hook our clips and how to break, you do a test zip, and if you pass you are off! No helmets, no one working the zip stations, just guides down below (in most cases) that you could yell to if you got stuck or had a question. This part of our journey was fun, exciting, scary, and strenuous. I actually ended up considering this my exercise for the day. We spent about 2 hours scaling platforms and zipping through the zoo. Encouraging each other, snapping pics, laughing, sweating, swearing, having a blast like we do every time we hang out!!

Do you love your job?
If you had told me that with no college degree, I would be in
a position where the sky is literally the limit on my income, I would have said
“yeah, right”, “I can’t do that”, “it’s a scam”.
Today I wanted to share a little bit about how I have turned
my hobby in to financial freedom. Yes, I did it!
About a year ago I did a 7 day shakeology challenge with a
co-worker. The group was ran ‘Biggest Loser’ style. We replaced one meal a day
with a shake, that easy. I’ll be honest…I really wasn’t expecting to lose
weight, I wasn’t a healthy eater and I wasn’t exercising but, hey, for fun..
I’ll give this a go. Surprisingly, I liked the shakes and I actually lost a
couple of pounds. More importantly I loved how healthy and good for you
shakeology is. I knew I wanted to keep using the shakes and the fact that
Beachbody also offered at home workouts and challenge packs really sparked my
interest. (I had been very active up until about a year prior when an injury
handed me a little set back) I could improve my health and fitness on the inside
and outside! When my coach approached me, I was rather hesitant. What kind of
commitment was this? I didn’t commit right away but I did decide to join a 30
day fitness group and purchased my first Beachbody challenge pack and the rest
was history. No really, I was hooked on my fitness program and my shakeology. I
knew I was keeping this regiment up.
Still a little hesitant, I did a little Beachbody research and when
approached about coaching again, I just asked all the questions I had. What if
I just want the discount, do I have to do anything, what is my commitment, and
can I cancel! The answers…yes, you can just get the discount, you do not have
to work the business at all, my commitment was basically to myself (to make my
health a priority) and there would be a $15 website fee monthly...however even
with that fee I would say $20 a month on my shakeo, get 25% off everything
Beachbody sells. (from workouts to supplements to apparel) Even as a ‘discount
coach’ I could earn commission should someone want to order from me and I could
cancel anytime, no questions asked. SIGN ME UP!! No really, it took no thought
at all.
Here’s where it got interesting. J Well, at least for me! I am
pretty active on social media and I like to talk (just ask my boyfriend) so
before I knew I had people asking me what I was doing, what was shakeology,
what was T25….obviously I was more than happy to tell them. Sharing lead to
sales, sales lead to fitness groups, groups lead to helping others… ohhhh and
commission. WHAT? I was making money just by doing what I love and helping
others? Ok, cool! Was I making thousands right off the bat? No, but I was
making hundreds. It started out at $300-$400 a month, slowly growing to
$400-$600 a month which turned in to $500 and more a week, yes a week! Without
getting specific, I am now making more in one week in less than a year, than I
was making in my full time job, which I had been working at for 15 years! Wanna
know what’s even cooler? I’m not done, I’ve just begun!
I run fitness groups for my amazing challengers, I have a
team of coaches under me who share my love for Beachbody and are helping
#endthetrend and get paid to do something I love. I am ranked 206 out of over
200,000 coaches. (that’s in the top 1%) I earn free trips, I have the gotten
more support and recognition than ever and I am happy! Everyone is given the
same opportunity, the same training & resources and has the ability to grow
